At LoneStar DTF, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products that meet your unique needs. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind our products and services. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a mistake made by us.

Non-Custom Orders

If you are not completely satisfied with a non-custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping fees. Please note that we may not be able to refund any customs fees, taxes, or duties that you paid upon receiving your order.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we cannot offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a mistake made by us. If you receive a custom order that is defective, damaged, or does not match the specifications that you provided, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange.

To request a refund or exchange, please provide us with the following information:

Your order number
A detailed description of the problem with your order
Photos of the defective or damaged item (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will review your claim and contact you to discuss your options. If we determine that there was a mistake made by us, we will offer you a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
